Miracle Ear rip-off Angola Indiana

I purchased A pair Of Hearing Aids on 08/13/02 for nearly $4000.00. My serial numbers 02M045596L and 02M045596R. At the time of purchase I was promised free Batteries for one year. I inquired if theis was just a local promotion or would it be honered while we wintered in Florida. I was assured it would be honered nation wide. After we arrived in Florida we ask for and received batteries on two different occasions with know problem.

The last time I needed batteries, I went to the very busy shopping center location and dropped my wife off at the curb because I was unable to find a parking place. She went inside while I circled the parking lot. When she appeared at the curb she told me they (the women working at the reception desk) had ask to see my Warranty Card. I retreived it from my billfold while holding up traffic and she whent back in to the store while circled the parking again.

After a period of time she came back out feeling very upset and explained that she had been berated by the women at the reception desk, and treated as a second class citizen. She was told there was no such thing as a Battery program and if there was this store was not a participant.

The stores location is at the, Edison Mall Fort Myers Florida. If there is no such program, why have we been getting batteries for the past six months and why did she send my wife out to get my warrenty card. I realize this is a small thing. But this is a promis not kept and was a total embarresment to my wife.
