MiraVie collection skin care rip off. Product created severe rash. Cancelled with co. Continued to deduct from my acc. 89.95

I purchased a trial skin care collection. One for eye serum and one for face cream. After using them once I broke out in a severe rash. I called and cancelled the collection the next. The person I talked to( Patrick ) was very helpful and did as I asked. Checked my bank acct today and there was a deduction for $89.95.

Called and spoke to Chris who said he was in charge of the call center. He told me there was no cancellation and they could not reverse the charges. Which of course they can. I kept explaining to him what I had done and he talked over me the whole time. Wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and said that the president ( not Obama ) does not speak to customers. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this amount of money for something I cancelled is insane. Please help me if you can. Thank you
