MiraVie MiraVie Collection Ordered product on line and then they charged my account for auto monthly renewal, when I called to cancell and to return product they told me that the company does not accept returns and that my account would be charged somewhat lesser amount and they would STOP future shipment of product but I was not able to return unused product of product so that not to be charged any discounted or future charges. I ordered product of Eye serum and Skin cream from this MiraVie Collection on line for shipping charges. I did not know that they would therefore be sending me monthly shipments of the product and charging my account.

I saw that my account was charged and when I did I called the company to cancell out. They told me that they did not accept returns and that they would be charging me the amount that I saw on my account and would cancell any future shipments. I told them I was a consumer and did not want their product anylonger was dissatisfied and wanted to return the product to get a refund. They told me again and again that they did not accept refunds and therefore I would be charged the amount that had already been put on my account.

I have never before in my life dealt with a company such as this. The were very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they were the supervisor.

Thsi company needs to be shut down and not allowed to be in operation. I am very much disatisfied and want to see results.
