Miravie Skin Care Miravie Eye Cream Credit Card charged $174.90 plus $10.90 shipping Casper Wyoming

Unfortunately I fell for the "free" trial samples of their wrinkle reducing skin & eye cream for shipping & handlling costs of $4.95 and $5.95.  Then I received my credit card bill and found out I was automatically billed $89.95 and $84.95 for these two products since I had not returned them within the short "trial period" mentioned in small print in their terms of service.  Since, I "agreed" to the terms, my credit card company would not issue a refund and I could not get my money back from MiraVie since the product was not returned (at a cost of $9.95 ship/handling fee for each) in a timely manner. There is no paperwork included in your shipments that give any information on returning the product or mentioning the fact that you will be billed if it is not returned.  No address included.  My credit Card company provided me with telephone numbers to contact the "skin care" and "eye care" representatives.  You have to make two different phone calls.  Evidently if I had not cancelled this "transaction", I would keep getting billled this amount monthly and they would send me a verrrrry small amout of skin cream and eye cream.  It was a pain to try to get this cancelled and involved waiting for the "next available service rep" for 22 minutes while loud, blariing obnoxious music played.  The sad part is.....the crap doesn't work.  I have not noticed any improvement diminishing wrinkles. So, not only do you get ridiculously high unexpected charges, you get a product that does nothing.  Beware !  Do not order samples from this place.
