Mitt Romney - you are about getting people back to work, making a CHANGE, and non-interference in private affairs - that people have a right to choose their health care options & providers, a right to work and have a family.

Your wife has been a support, an example, and a standup woman; could you let women MDs in Ohio be the same way - able to object, have a opinion, and disagree without losing a medical license?  Currently if we disagree with a more senior powerful male MD, we lose our medical license for a personality problem - that we don't go along.  Even if we have the literature, and our new training certifications, we are suspended provisionally for 20 years - so the 'boys can be boys.'

Physicians in Ohio - especially women MDs - have been getting their medical licenses suspended for disagreeing with outrageous care practices - medical practices that continued long-after their expiration date - something that doesn't happen in Boston.  This started in 1990 with the 'confidential' physician complaint system.

NO MEDICAL MISTAKE LAWS IN OHIO, PHYSICIANS JUST LIE AND THE BIGGEST LIAR WINS: Because of no medical mistake laws, or provisions, in Ohio, and Harvard Partners has some of the best medical mistake measures in place, when an error happens the woman MD is just blamed 'confidentially.'  Or the patient care gets out-of-control because no one will refer the mistake - no one has to refer in Ohio except the woman MD.

Governor Romney - You had a positive impact on medical care in Massachusetts, could you educate Governor Kasich - who is just waiting for a Cabinet appointment to get out of the Medical Board 'mess' in Ohio?  The Board has been 'corrupt' for years, but everything is 'confidential,' and he won't review things for reforms - so that we women can get to our prestigious Fellowships.  Our MD friends in Boston don't understand.

The out-of-date physicians have 'friends' on the State Medical Board - and you can't object to your own wrong care, or refuse to sleep with a powerful physician with wife & kids (Dr. Nice catch-22).  The Medical Board is a malpractice service, a dating service and a referral service for 'friend' physicians - and Governor Kasich has done nothing to stop this.

The Medical Board situation is out-of-control in Ohio, and Governor Kasich knew this when he took office, and he has refused to review the stacks of 'innocent' physician cases because of the damages that the State of Ohio would have to pay for destroying their careers without verifying the facts.  You call the Medical Board and they say 3 words, 'statute of limitations.'

In 1998, a stack of physician cases was admitted as 'probably innocent' and targed for review, opening of the files, and some reform measures were to be put in place.  This was shelved, as the State of Ohio was so liable that even non-suit agreements would not protect the State from millions in damages - shelved to let the 'statute of limitations' expire on the cases.  No back to work for these physicians.

Every other State Governor, and Medical Board, has known for the last 20 years that the Ohio Medical Board has been suspending physicians for some outrageous things - for one woman MD objecting to wrong care on herself, from physicians not certified to do the care, but who had 'friends' on the State Medical Board of Ohio - this led to her suspension for 'making too much of admittedly bad medical & orthopedic care.'  There has to be reasonable procedures at the State Medical Board of Ohio, and early dismissal of false cases alleging personality disorders if a woman MD objects to wrong care standards, no blood work, no casts on fractures, etc.  'Making too much of bad medical care' is a reason to take a woman MD's medical license in Ohio - and the general care of women patients in Ohio is awful.

In 2003, the Ohio Speaker's Office admitted the stacks of false physician discipline unresolved cases, but would not sponsor a Bill to let the physicians have their 'confidential' complaint, so that they could present the evidence and get on with their lives.  The problem:  the State of Ohio was so obviously liable in so many of the false physician discipline cases - admitted cheating in Hearings, falsifying evidence, etc., that the settlements & legal filings in the first month after release of the 'cases' on these falsely suspended physicians would bankrupt & paralyze Columbus OHIO.  It is a huge problem of 20 years of false suspensions of physician licenses for nothing to do with patient care, CME, drugs, alcohol or IMPAIRMENT - other than being a physician and having to disagree with a male colleague.

These falsely suspended physicians need to get their reputations and careers back; get back to work - they can't be collecting disability for a 'confidential' impairment that 3 national experts can't find.  One woman MD was falsely accused with a fabricated Rorschach given at a shopping mall (the Medical Board invented the answers), a diagnosis that doesn't exist in another interview with a psychiatrist at a suburban Columbus Community Center (in the middle of toys), and the Ohio Court of Appeals tried to throw out her case in 1993 and tell the Medical Board to solve the colleague-colleague fight over care standards in another way ie define the care standard.  The Medical Board of Ohio has admitted cheating on her case - which involves no patient care complaints - and yet refused to dismiss the case.

Governor Kasich has refused to review the situation, and the Medical Board Director won't answer his phone.  The case is still unresolved while Governor Kasich appears on MEET THE PRESS, goes door-to-door and sends emails about Mitt for Ohio.  The last communication: the Medical Board wanted a sixth psychiatric 'go' on the woman MD.  The woman MD has taken every psychiatric test, in existence and in the pipeline, scored in the MENSA range on IQ to get offered Membership in MENSA, and is wasting her life in lab jobs, post-graduate degrees, and employment - when she can get it - that is well below her IQ.  She can't get to a Boston Fellowship because of Governor Kasich.
