MK Supplements Credit Card Fraud Bothell Washington

I received a charge on my American Express card in March for $89.95 from MK Supplements. However, I did not order any product from them or been to their site that I have any knowledge of. I received the product 4 days after they responded to American Express's inquiry. I returned the delivery to sender the next day (mid April). The package was received 2 days later however, I've not received my credit as promised. I called the customer service line provided leaving several messages and multiple phone numbers but still no response. My continual research led me to this site where I found several other complaints regarding MK Supplements and American Express accounts. I've reopened another inquiry. Also found BBB rates them as D- due to several unsolicited charges and non responsive to customer claims.

Very frustrated that American Express doesn't investigate the Service Establishment Agreement with this company.
