I have had 7300.00 of my money ripped off.In 11-03 I joined the debt consoladation co. Miracle Management Group also known as Risk Management Partners. I paid 299.00 in retainer fees and 1000.00 in attorney fees,then started my monthly payment of 500.00 per month for 14 months. After completing my payments I was unable to contact the company it was as if they dissappeared.
The last contact I had was 2-22-06 which was from a man named Tekkain saying he would no longer be working for mmg/rmp due to their move to Texas. Have not been able to reach them by phone or online nor have my creditors.
I am now starting to get letters of lawsuits. I do not know what to do. Is there any Legal action I can take ? if so where and what do I do? Or should I just consider my money lost?
