I checked the bank and saw a charge for 14.95 never authorized to be paid to MO2*Privacy Plus. I closed the account and charged them with fraud. they advised me they would return just one payment for one month i want to file a suit but cannot learn where they are or under what name they are incorporated to begin a suit---help will be appreciated.
