MO2*Privacy Plus MO2*Privacy Plus Unwanted Charges and/or Account?? ?? Internet

I use AOL as my ISP. I was appalled when I discovered that I was being charged a monthly fee of almost $15.00 to my charge account. Upon review of my statements for the charge account companyl, I discovered that charges to my account had been made for 3 months. Now I know I was not a real smart cookie to pick up on it the first time the charge was made to my credit card. Nevertheless, that this charge somehow showed up on my account seems pretty mysterious. I can only think that it was a service which was forced upon me by AOL's myriad of pop-up messages that I always try to eleminate but sometimes find it difficult.

I was able to get a credit for the unauthorized charges from my credit card company. However, my credit card company told me that MO2*Privacy Plus sent the credit voucher to my credit card company for the credit.

What is going on AOL????? I used to trust you so? Is it time for me to change ISP's?????
