Mobe Promised me a way to make money online but keeps asking me for more money before I can do that

They sent me an email saying that there is a way for me to make money online, they start with this video saying watch this video completely all the way through for $500 when I am done watching the video. never happened, never got the $500, they just wanted my $47 to start the 21 steps. they promised me if I start the course that I will receive Matt Lloyd's hard copy book in the mail after step 3, never happened, in his webinar in step 5, it is mandatory for you to take that webinar before you can move on to step 6,One of the products that they offered was to earn while I learn, but that product does not exist none of their Associates know anything about that they just want more money. Yes I would like to join the class action lawsuit.
