Mobihand MobiHand The App Store Provided bogus activation code and absolutely no customer support san mateo, California

Mobihand or BellShare charged $9.95 for their BeWeather (aka Berry Weather) Blackberry app.  They quickly processed credit card charge and sent activation code that doesn't work when entered exactly as provided.  The clunky customer service portal sends blank e-mails in response to automated requests for new activation codes.  There is no number to call.  Despite an earlier response to a similar charge on this site, there is no way to contact their customer service and they will not directly respond to anything.  Their site makes a reference to activation issues and how they will not deal with them directly.  They clearly know they have an overwhelming problem.  They are thieves who are running away with customers' money.
