Mobil 1 Lube Express They change my oil on my 2013 Infiniti FX45 which lead to me throwing a rod in my engine from lack of oil leaving me with $10,000 in damaged Grand Prairie Texas

I have been a customer with Mobil 1 Lube Express since October of 2013, i have been taking my 2013 Infinti FX45 to these guys for a regular routine oil change every 3 months. On May 16,2014 at 9:35am I went in for a oil change as usual and on June 16,2014 I threw a rod in my engine for lack of oil being present in my car. So i filed a lawsuit against the compay in Aug 2014 and won my case in Oct 2014, they filed for appeal and we went to trial in Nov 2015 and the judge made her ruling in Feb 2016 in my favor once again and signed off on the judgement on June 7.2016 so now they are refiling another appeal just because they dont want to own up to their wrong doing leaving me in $10.000 worth of damages. I had two different Judge's to rule in my favor because of proof of the evidence. So if you ever in Grand Prairie and needs an oil change.... DO NOT go to Mobil 1 lube express off MayfieldRd.
