The courts could not proceed because you refuse to accept service of court documents! You claim to move, and won't provide a forwarding address. In the mean time, you have been scamming senior citizens in Holmdel. I hope you feel really good about yourself. 

A real man and decent business owner would have sent a check in the mail to make good on his debt. Instead, you smile and laugh to yourself while you continue to cheat people out of their hard earned money. You probably spent the ill-gotten cash on drugs and hookers. Be a man, and tell the court your address, so we can get this resolved. Or, be even more of a man, and send me a check for the money.

 I offered to refund the full 720. The custoner would not sign a document that they were refunded in full untill they had every bill checked by their bank to make sure they were real bills. It was ridiculous. The courts thru the case out.
