The liars at Mobile Messenger have been supposedly sending txt messages on how to know if someone has a crush on you... Prbblem is the person they are supposedly sending to is 11 and does not have a phone that is txt capable. When I called they said it was signed up through Facebook. Problem is this person does not have a Facebook page because they are 11. Yes 11, that is under the age of consent and beyond illegal.
So, how again did this dirt-bag company get my child's phone number when the ONLY WAY the idiot who claimed to be a service rep for the company said it had to be; Facebook or a text? Perhaps the AG can find out or the Police or the FBI. I alerted everyone of them that this company was attemptimg to send inappropriate content to a minor. Not just one either. Seems like several neighborhood kids have gotten the same mystery charges on their phone bill. I'll be happy to keep everyone posted as I have no intention of settling out of court. I want criminal charges and I'm happy to say I definitely have the money to go the distance.
