Model Mayhem 2K Models Violation of Terms of Service Internet

I was accused by one of the moderators, Phil H. of violating the terms of service and the terms of agreeement that one agrees to when becoming a member of the account. The moderator accused me of being an agent or a manager, neither are true.


 There is nothing in the Terms of Service (either official or the following)  that covers anything you accuse me of.  I am not an agent. I am not a manager.  I am not selling any business service. I do not violate any of the following:

 You agree not to use the Model Mayhem Services for any commercial use, without the prior written authorization of Model Mayhem. Prohibited commercial uses include any of the following actions taken without our express approval: Sale of access to the Model Mayhem Services on another website, Use of the Model Mayhem Services for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue, Sale of advertising on the Model Mayhem Services or any third-party website, targeted specific Member Content or Site Content, and Use of the Model Mayhem Services that we find, in our sole discretion, to use our resources or Member Content with the effect of competing with or displacing the market for the Model Mayhem Services, Site Content, or Member Content. Unauthorized commercial uses do not include uploading Member Content to the Model Mayhem Services to promote your business or artistic enterprise, or any use that Model Mayhem expressly authorizes in writing

. I DO NOT SELL, GAIN ADVERTISING REVENUE, SELL ADVERTISING,  COMPETE WITH MODEL MAYHEM. WHAT I DO PROVIDE IS FREE SERVICE TO NEW OR UP AND COMING MODELS; I ADVERTISE THEM IN MY PROFILE AS BEING ACCEPTED AND SCHEDULED IN AN INTENSIVE, AND THEN GIVE THEM ADDITIONAL PHOTO EXPOSURE VIA THEMALEWORLD SITE. 

While the moderator has a right to make a decision, that decision is legally open to challenge, since MM is both a public and paid site. I look forward to providing my case in the next process of appeal within the Model Mayhem and 2K Models  organization.
