One window glass has got fogged up ,I sent pictures a workman from sears came to take measurement of the glass fogging up..I called to check progress I was told to pay $114.00. I paid with my credit card.The amount was debit to my account but no response.When I called the case worker Angelica Bungie the ph prompt asked me record my message .I did. No one got back to me.Icalled again but no call back.After I called third time the same number required me to leave a msg.I did but next day no call back.I was given job ID # 13827818.Finally I rquested a supervisor.I was given to call Todd Blackwell on ext 40004 phone (407)767 8011.Even on this number I could not speak to anyone,I was required to leave a msg. I did but no answer until 6.20 PM today Feb 28,2018.
