MOLLY MAID VIC WHITMORE JR. (OWNER), MATT, ERIKA CHARGING FOR WORK NOT DONE, CANNOT EXPLAIN WHY; OR REFUND MONEY! BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma

I used Molly Maid service for several months. Cleaning was good, however they did break a towel rack in the bathroom. It took 2 weeks for the owner (Vic Whitmore Jr.) to fix the problem. The main problem is with billing. They double charged my credit card and getting answers is next to impossible. The final straw was with July 2012 billing. Our normal day for cleaning is Wed. However, the first wed. for this year was the 4th of July. I called and canceled with Erica (office mgr.). I was still charged the $85 fee. When I asked why, I got "I don't know why, but I will check with the lady that did the batch billing and call you back." No phone call back. I then noticed that they had charged yet again the next day an additional $85 to my card. Called again, told them I wanted the owner to call and clear this up. He calls the next day and wanted me to send him my bank statement showing that they did in fact charge my card. I did fax him my bank statement. He said that he would find out what happened and call me back. He never called. I did get a cleaning service the next scheduled day (the 11th). Now I see that they have charged me for 2 cleanings this month instead of one. No one seems to know why it happened. They are refusing to refund my money or to fix this problem that they created. Anyone reading this report should avoid using this Merry Maid service. This is a major ripoff company. I have never met a more shoddy dishonest business in my 57 years on this earth. I have owned and operated several successful businesses over the years and would never dream of perpetrating such downright dishonesty on any customer. It would seem that Mr. Whitmore's integrity has a price, and that price is $85.00. If you choose to do business with this company then that is your business. I wil not do business with a someone who has dishonest business practices.
