money network chess they sent me were not approved by walmsrt escondido California

My paycheck is direct deposit to the total pay/money network, they send checks to put your funds on and say you can cash at walmart. I transfered my whole paycheck onto check, but walmart declined it, had to fax check to them , they recieved, but say they can't put money back on card till following week, I have rent , bills and now late fees..If the money can be put on check with a 2 minute phone call, why couldn't they put back on when they received and canceled check, and no one speaks English correctly
