Money Tree Merchant Services GLOBAL PAY Money Tree Merchant services credit card prossecing scam lied worst customer service threatened Internet

Long History Short,  we use this joke of company called money tree merchant services to process our credit card transactions, we noticed that everytime the charges were higher but decided to stick to it not to have to make all the bank account and processing machine changes. well we got hired by a company to do a 22 Thousand job, we requested a $10,000 to start, the customer decide to pay that amount using his credit card, transaction was aprooved.. Everything good so far. The day after the transaction we were contacted by Money tree merchant services saying that since the transaction was for that amount they needed a copy of the invoice and the credit card slip with the customer signature,,, it was faxed to them five minutes after that call was received. Well we called Courtney who was the person that contacted us to make sure the documents were received she said that there was going to be one day delay for the funds to be released, not a problem  totally understandable for the amount, 2 days later the funds not available so we contacted them, we were told that Courtney was on vacation for 2 days vacation... mmm we have nothing to do with that, anyways we were told that our file was transfered to Bryan a clown that after leaving several messages at his voicemail returned  our call after 72 business saying that he was working in reviewing the transaction, we asked for an explanation of what was the process and he said that he didnt have much to coment.
