moneynowusa they threatened to ruin my credit and have messed with my bank account! Internet

It has been a trying last couple of weeks. First this company starts sending me emails, then they attack my bank account and now they are calling me saying I took out some loan, but they won't tell me for how much or anything, other than that, they say they are reporting me to the credit people. What I don't get is how can they do this and NOT get into legal trouble for this..... I am not the only one they have done this to. they have targeted a couple of my friends to. I guess for anyone out there that gets an emial from these people DO NOT OPEN IT! SPAM IT RIGHT AWAY! I have never even heard of these people until they emailed me and I opened it and then spamed it.... well i kept getting them and finally i unsubcribed to it and now I'm getting these calls and harassment from them..... this guy named George Petterson has tolled me that they will be reporting me to the credit people and filling suit against me..... I just wanted to warn everyone out there that yes they can do this, and they can get u into court and according to them be held accountable even if someone else stole your info and what not.

I have never taken out a loan over the internet nor would I ever do that. But that is what I am being accused of. I truelly do not know what else I can personally do to resolve this other than pay, but i refuse to pay for services i have not recieved.
