Now that I know how much a Monitoring company pays for each account to be monitored at their "Central Station", which, by the way is probably less than $3.00 a month no matter where in the U.S. you live. (insider info.)
Monitronics debits my Credit Card every Month $43.00+ (Service Agreement???)......I have tried to cancel my service with Monitronics many times especially when I was unemployed.

The customer service department would call me to "tell me" (more like threaten)me that I have 'pay-out' my contract or some other option that by the way; is NOT in contract before they will release me, but I don't believe that they have EVER read my contract, because I have!!!. I too have filed with the Dallas, TX BBB. (Broken Business Bureau. Who Monitor's their Business???)

My Contract, which I was sold to me by a young man that was canvassing my neighborhood and assured me, when I ASKED POINT BLANK, "WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?..."They are VERY Nice and I'm sure they wouldn't have any problem with that." (Where Is his Mother, And Does She Know What he's Doing?)

Only since I have set-up recurring e-mails (via outlook) to Monitronics on a daily basis
to:, Add this to your outlook ..contacts, (nhunter@monitronics.com and send her some too) have I ever had any problems with my Credit Card...Keep in mind that I ONLY use this credit card to purchase specific items and mostly Gas at my local station. Never has it been used for online purchases. My credit card company left me a message today 12/12/06 to inform me that I have more than one fraudulent charge (totaling more than $3k) on my credit card.

Now my disclaimer...I'm not saying that they hire questionable employees, BUT from what I've read on this website alone, we are All paying these people to call us/mail/e-mail us at rates that can only be justified by employees that would stoop to such tactics and know full well why. We've all spoken to them....It's apparently Gravity in customer service and company GREED as least, on the executive level. It needs to stop!!!. I urge EVERYONE that is on the receiving end of the billing relationship with Monitronics to be VERY diligent (And a couple of auto e-mails set up to send daily, to nicole hunter couldn't hurt either.)

Fair is fair. If they are going to spend my money (i.e. the difference between what they bill me and what their cost to monitor me.) I say "They Won't Forget Me!"
Let's all go "Toe to Toe" with Monitronics.
All feedback will be appreciated.
