Monroe Shocks Tenneco Promotions Rebate Scam Memphis Tennessee

 Purchased four Monroe Shocks on April 3, 2012 because of promise of $120 rebate.  Mailed the required forms and receipts the next day.  Rebate promised within 8-10 weeks.  After 12 weeks I called tenneco promotions at 866-251-1393 and was told the rebate had been approved and would be mailed the next week.  After two weeks I called again and was told the same thing.  Now, after another two weeks I still don't have the rebate and the web site has been taken down.  I'm surprised a company like monroe would engage in such an obvious fraud.
