I too, submitted all information on-line, and mailed in to the rebate center, and no response.
I too got the same run-around as the prior scam reporter on this website. My results and concerns got the same response as he did. Apparently Tenneco/Monroe does not learn or listen to their customers.
Called Customer Service and they said the on-line registration is complete, but still has not received my hard copies. This will be the 2nd time I've sent a hard copy, but I will guess that they will repeat that they are not responsible for lost mail. I think SEARS should reconsider who they partner up with, in their automotive business.

This is an update to my earlier complaint.
Tenneco has contacted me, they have approved my rebate, online, and all within 1 (one) hour.
Customer service emailed me directly, worked with me, and they walked thru the rebate coupon problems. They have effectively repaired their relationship with me, and I WILL consider them for my second vehicle which also needs shocks. Anyone is free to contact me regarding this, all was done via emails and I can forward them to you as proof.
It was the rebate company, not Tenneco, that was at issue. I am impressed.
