I ordered a controller and a throttle; they both arrived quickly, and the controller was fine, but the throttle was obviously used. It was scratched up, and had mounting tape residue on it. I emailed saying it was used, and they shot back later that day saying they only sell factory sealed parts. That's baloney in this case, as "half twist" throttles always come with a matching handgrip, anti-friction washers for the other (also missing) half hand grip which goes on the throttle side, etc. I requested an RMA, got one, and sent it back, asking for an exhange or a refund, either one. It's been two weeks since they got the part (I sent it w/tracking) and have heard nothing. Note that I've never been able to talk to anyone on the phone, ever, and their "check your shipment" function on their website has never returned a result, it just sits there, "loading".

Monster Scooter Parts does not sell used parts. We purchase many of our parts directly from the factory and they do not come in individual retail packaging.
The statement in this report that half-grip throttles "always" come with a checklist of related parts is false. We do not bundle our parts together and sell parts you don't need as a package with parts you do need. There are many places from which you can purchase a half-grip throttle by itself.
As you can read in this individual's follow up, we stood behind this transaction and issued a full refund. All of our parts are covered by at least a 30 day warranty.
We stand behind our products and never sell "used" items.

I emailed them the day after I put the report on this site, and it turned out they had refunded my credit card for the part I returned, and the refund had been made several days earlier- they just didn't tell me. So, in the end I'm not out anything, but this selling of used parts (which I stand behind) thing seems to be a pattern.
