moon valley nursery Never AGAIN phoenix az

NEVER AGAIN!!!  Ill admit it, I'm an idiot.  I've used moon valley 2x for my house and both times my experience was awful.  The worst part about it is THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!  The first time I spent over $6000 to landscape my backyard.  I had them install many plants, among them 4 big trees.  I told them my main criteria was low litter plant because I have a pool and I don't want the mess.  Guess what...The trees littered like crazy.  Moon Valleys excuse was that I never told them that.  I had to read more » cut down the trees because the litter was just too much.  I decided to replace them with a hedge and like and idiot I checked with Moon Valley.  They recommended ficus for my hedge (I hope they are low litter).  They had one of their reps come out and measure.  He told me that I would need 30 plant to have a hedge spaced on 18" centers around the perimeter.  I called back and asked them how many plant I would need if I changed it to 24" centers and was told 24.  I agreed to the amount but when they came out to plant it turns out that 24 was only enough plant to do the back wall and not the side and that's only if I planted on 36" centers.  Of course when I called they took no responsibility for their mistake.  They did offer to SELL me the rest of the plants I needed at "cost" or RIP OUT all the plants they did install and leave my backyard torn up.  Both options were unacceptable.  The manager (Arnie or Ernie) told me that the owner would not speak to me and he was in charge.  I own several business and I ALWAYS want to hear from upset customer so that I can personally try to resolve their concerns.  It is clear that "MOON VALLEY NURSERY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS"  Once they have your money you are on your own.  I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WARN YOU IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!
