For four months I have been trying to resolve an issue where Moovers Inc (who on top of many other things) tricked me into signing off on the moving agreement at 1 PM 'promising' to get everything at the other house. They filled out the rest of the contract details such as the end time and sign off that they state was 8:30 PM, creating the illusion I approved they moved everything when they hadn't. We had to be out by 5 PM the next day and I go over there to find 10% of the Large Items behind and the basement full of boxes. It took 15 trips and the help of a friend and Molly Maids to bail us out. I feel the manager, Alex, totally blew me off and ignored the claim HE recommended I put in. He wrote a very unprofessional letter that made it clear he had no idea what the issue is, purpose behind it, and resolution we were seeking. The letter was totally in left field and he made a lot of false statements about the events that occurred of course. They also moved things that we told them not to move.

For example, I found they loaded MY suitcase with bathroom toiletries just shoved in there while they *charged me* for boxes and ruined the suitcase as some items were liquid and left open. Also, the CDs of my archived family photos and competitions they dumped into a box and cracked. A box with a professional enlarged family photo with trampoline hardware thrown in. I had this set aside to move myself. This is just a small sample of their professionalism. And, they accuse me of not being prepared after we packed 80 boxes ourselves and their guys (the ones that came completely sick getting mucus all over our stuff, one being a supervisor because the other two did not show up to work) on pack day told us we had 5 boxes to go and offered to just give us the boxes to pack the rest ourselves. They were so sick they could hardly stand up and could have gotten my kids sick to boot. I also told the nice lady that set it up, Emily, that based on past experience it would take at least two days to load if not more like last time. She assured me we would have the next day to do that if they did not get done and that was specifically why he scheduled it the day before the required move out time. Alex called during the move and told them to get it all done that day and the moovers complained about him and were mad because they had other plans leaving us to suffer the consequences.
