Morgan and Associates Roger. Clark Sent Email of threat for payment for Cash Advance Inc. Company Glendale, CA California

On Monday, August 11,2014 I rceived a email on my cell phone stating that I was going to be sued for taking out an loan with the following company:Cash Advance Inc. Company. I have not taken an loan out with this company. He (Roger. Clark) advised me that I was expecting papers in the mail and that a Deputy sherriff would be arriving to my home or my place of employment. He gave me a case docket no:4100 and the suppossed amount due is $740.00 and that I would end up paying a total of $6,000 iin court as well as attorney fees.

I have been dealing with unsolicated phone calls and emails for almost a full whole year and I have had to tell my co-workers to adivse these people that our company does not accept unsolicated calls nor are we allowed to give out employee information. The calls have slacked off some compared to the 20-50 calls I would receive daily every 15 minutes upon the hour.

They normally will not give their real names and when they call, the noise in the background appears to be as ig they are outside. The man or woman is normally of asian decent or they will use an computorized message system to threten me out of money.

Is this legal and what can be done to prevent this from happening to other innocent people? When will this mess stop and how can these scammers ontinue to get away with this type of fraud action?
