Morgan & Associates Law Firm John Carter (Accounts Department) Lied and said that I have an outstanding balance from there loan department when I never got money from them. Washington DC

I received an email from John Carter, and the subject title "Final Notification" I opened it up wondering what my final notification could be. I was very confused but opened it up, and it said I had an outstanding balance with Cash Advance Inc. of $590.00 

I was threatned saying that if I did not respond they were going to call my employer and all of my wages could be confiscated. Well, I am unemployed so right there threw me off. I kept reading and it said they tried to contact me several times through my phone number but never could get ahold of me but, I always answer my phone.

He also said that his company was going to take legal action in court, but if I wanted to solve it out of court this would be my last chance. Exact words "If you take care of this out of court then we will release the clearance certificate from the court and we will make sure that no one will contact you in future." 

I was so confused, I never received phone calls stating what he is stating, and I never received any money from anybody. I don't even have a bank account to get a loan, nor a job so I wouldn't be approved for one.

Now, I did get a phone call from a recording stating I recently applied for a Pay Day Loan, (which I did not) and they looked it over for a second time, and I was approved. I deleted it, because I just assumed they had the wrong number, they didn't state my name or anything.

Now, I just had open heart surgery 7 months ago, I have been in and out of hospitals for about a year and a half, I have not had a job sence like, 2010-2011. There is no way, I could even be approved for a loan, and if there was a way, I never applied for one, and if I did when I had a job, I always was told I was not approved. Never gave out my bank information (when I had a bank account) for them to transfer it to or anything.

He threatened me a couple times about him going to call my employer, and that he was going to take me to court if I did not pay it back in the next 24 hours. Now I don't check my email a lot, so when I looked at the date of this message, it was almost a whole month ago. It was sent on December 16th, 2014. So if he was going to do something wouldn't I have received something in the mail, or another email atleast? 

So, I was very upset about him being so rude, and didn't even use my first name, he said "Dear Customer" so I went to google and looked up his name, and a brief sentence of what he said to me, and I found many reports on a "John Carter" who said that other people got a Pay Day Loan and they were ordered to pay it back or court action would be taken. 

I figured I'd make my own report, so maybe this guy could finally be taken down. I don't understand how people can lie like this. I never in my life, not once have received a pay day loan from anywhere or anybody. I hope this helps, and I hope nobody believes his lies in the future. I already read some people paid the money, and after the fact relized he was a scam. This isn't right.
