 Received a phone call from Morgan & Associates indicating that I owed money to a credit card company.  They are in the process of filing a judgment against me and that the process servers and literally on the the way to my house.  I am responsible for all attorneys fees and court costs, and any other fees incurred regarding this matter and that can total up to $10,000.  Statute of limitations is still effect.  I work in law, and am very aware of this type of call.  These offices try to collect money on charge-off accounts and unpaid debts.  i dont owe any money here.  In fact, in reading thru some of the complaints here, a previous consumer said in June/July 2012 that the FBI said to file a form ic3.gov agains this company.  Please do so if you are reading this.
