We received a call from Investigator Fazzio Eliz sometime around August 2008 regarding a committee against a General Contractor We submitted all paperwork. They collected the money fast but they waited three months to actually send us the check only after we were obligated to released the lien of the property where we filed the lien. Our two complaints are that it took 2 months for Morgenthal Meyers & Sterns to collect the money not 30 days as Fazzio promised and it took 2 months for them to send us our check. We had no other options but to be at their mercy.
