The representative of this company claimed to be an attorney calling for a law firm, he is not an attorney and this firm is not any sort of legal firm. We satisfied the debt of $7000 a tenant left us with in April of 2008. As of today July 22, 2009 they have never paid the contractor nor even admitted we satisfied this debt. I have given them check numbers, amounts dates but they have no record of payment. I have had to hire an attorney to try and force this company to fulfill their legal obligations. What happens to those who can not hire an attorney or provide a paper trail? I assume they get ripped off.
