We hired MMS to collect on bad debt. They collected $15000.00 on an account and owe us $12000.00. They received the money in November 2008 and as of March 2009 we have not received a dime. Multiple phone calls and emails have met no results. People should not have to perforrm collections on a collection agency. They are scam artists and will steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason they even collected the money is due to the nature of our business. We are an elevator company and we will not service elevators that are unpaid. The person owing the money had to finish his home and decided to pay. They have not been successful is collecting any of the other 20 plus accounts they have of ours. They are worthless.
