motobuys.com Sent a piece of junk! Internet

I really thought long and hard before writing this review after reading all the complaints on here about motobuys.com. I'm not looking to get into a heated debate with motobuys. I'm here to tell my experience with motobuys. Last summer my father bought 2 mini dirt bikes for my boys ages 6 & 9 and my nephews. They were excellent little bikes couldn't have been happier. So a month later my father orders a venture 110cc atv with reverse for my boys as an early Christmas present. When it came we had nothing but problems. It leaked gas, it needed a new starter and it smoked really bad. It wouldn't stay running. We called motobuys immediately and informed them of the problem.  They told us we could not return it. We explained to them it has a number of problems and they were extremely rude. They said they could send us parts but that's it. We had no idea what parts it needed or how to repair it so we were stuck taking it to a mechanic. After $200 later and a few new a parts it ran ok for about 10 minutes after getting it home. So back to a different mechanic. This time it needed a new head gasket and the carburetor taken apart. Put that on and it was back leaking gas. Another couple hundred later. It no longer runs, it just sits in the garage. Since we bought this atv last summer my kids have never been able to ride it. There are just too many problems with it. It truly is a lemom. Motobuys refused to take it back and were extremely rude every time I called. I'm sure motobuys will come on here and have something to say after reading all their other responses. I've never been rude or unreasonable, actually I remember crying and begging on the phone with them once. No I'm not an employee. I'm a stay at home mother of two little boys. I wanted to share my experience so no one else's kids have to go through the same disappointment as my two little kids have or be out money on something that doesn't run.
