I bought a 2008 Infiniti G35 from Tustin Infiniti, Tustin, California, in October, 2007. You can read about the incredibly bad service from this dealer at edmunds.com, dealer reviews, Tustin Infiniti, dealer service. It may take your breath away! In the process of buying the car, the dealership "demanded" that I buy a prepaid service policy from Motor Warranty Services of North America, 5050 North Broadway, Chicago, Illinois for $400. The policy says quite clearly that I am entitled to a refund for any used portion of the policy. I used the policy for the 5,000 mile service only. When you read the edmunds.com story, you will understand why I am never going close to that dealer again. In April, 2008, I sent a registered letter to Motor Warranty Services requesting a refund. No response. I did it again in May, 2008. Still no response. It is quite clear, after three months, that Motor Warranty Services has no intention of honoring the contract and I get to eat $400. If anyone offers you a contract with Motor Warranty Services, get up and run away. These people are serious crooks!!
