MOUNTAIN VIEW AUTO GROUP, LLC MTN. VIEW AT 153 SOLD us a Wrecked SUV and Lied about Vehicle History - Buyer Beware Chattanooga Tennessee

They sold my wife and I a wrecked SUV but provided paperwork showing NO wrecks and ONLY one owner. My wife asked repeatedly, has the SUV every been wrecked? Randy Jones lied several times saying NO this car has never been wrecked and is a ONE-OWNER. Our number one priority was buying a vehicle that had never been in any accidents. The vehicle had two previous owners and was involved in a rear end collision according to a Carfax report we obtained. We started having water leak issues with the trunk shortly after purchasing. We spent $357 fixing this issue obviously stemming from the rear end collision NOT reported in their bogus and fraudulent report provided when purchased.

Ray Standefer and Randy Jones were out right rude when we presented them with evidence of the SUV being wrecked. The WORST customer service I've experienced in my entire life. We simply wanted Mtn. view @153 to make things right. Ray Standefer, the head Honcho approached me outside very aggressively yelling at me what my problem was, my problem is that Mtn View @153 boldly lied to us and sold us a wrecked SUV and wouldn't at the very least reimburse the $357 we paid to correct water leak issues. Stay away from this dealership! They have no integrity and are in the business of lying to customers.
