Mountain View Pest Control, Gary Mcdermott Did not provide quality service, Did not remove the bees, Did not return phone calls. Phoenix Arizona

I had a Bee hive in my back yard attached to the wall of my house.  I called Mountain View Pest Control on Saturday July 6th 2013 and they arrived quickly.  Two technicians arrived and 1 person put on a bee suit and did a quick spray of the affected area.  The second tech presented me with a $200 bill and explained that the bees should be gone in a couple days. He also explained that because ther is honey in the walls that the bees could come back in a few months but that the treatment he just did will kill the bees right now.  I understood this and just wanted to bees removed for now.

On July 8th 2013 the bees were still there and growing in size, I called Mountain View Pest Control to ask them to come back out because they did not kill the bees.  The tech that answered the phone said that there is no warranty and that they would not come back out.  I reminded him that he said the bees would be killed now and that IF they return it would at least be a few months.  He said call the company.

I called the company and after leaving numerous messages I finally spoke to the owner Gary Mcdermott and he said that because there is honey in the walls that he would not come out.  I explained that I paid for the initial kill of the bees and that the bees were never killed in the first place, I also asked him how the bees could return if they have never left in the first place.  He just said that he would not come back out and hung up the phone. 

The level of service and quality of work was very appalling and I don't recommend this company if you want to work with a company that stands behind their work.
