moving usa horrible service and hefty charges Orlando Florida

So to start with, let's talk about the quote. I was moving from woburn, MA to san bruno,CA. During the inital conversation they give the quote for only $1300 in total, which sounds pretty attractive. I packed almost everything myself, only used 1 big box that sold by them. Guess what, they still charged my $99.50 for packing!!! And during the quote, I asked specifically if there's any extra charge like fuel surcharge or whatever, and the guy called Chris said there's no surcharge. Then at the pick up time they charged $174 for the fuel!!! Long story short, start with $1300 and it ends up into @2172.

If that's the only problem I wont bother file this report. The nightmare happened during delivery. They told me that I need to call 2 weeks before the date that I want them to deliver. Which sounds fair. But I have not made my call yet because I have to find a place to live in California first. And during pick up I told them clearly that I need to put my stuff in storage for probably 1 or 2 months, and they dont need to do anything until I call them with the updated address. Guess what, I just received a call from the driver that they are coming for a delivery without my permission! 

I called them ask them to resolve this issue. And they blame everything on me! I asked them to show evidence that I agreed on the delivery date, and they could not provide anything like that. However, they said, the driver is the contract!!! WTF. This is the most rediculous statement I've ever heard in my whole life. The guy over the phone was yelling at me and not listening to my words at all. He's like it's already a mercy from them that they sending my stuff over, and if I asked for anything more, that's my fault! 

Keep typing about this horrible experience would totally ruin my day so I just summarize in one line: STAY AWAY FROM MOVING USA, if you dont want to stay in trouble and get yourself ripped off.
