This is one of the worst experiences I've had. When i tried to restore my files on my pc their system failed terribly. I can't believe i trusted Mozy with my important data. And to top it off there is no support. I'm left stranded with no solutions. Buyer beware. You could spend days trying to get your data back with no success!
