You can never restore all your files and your pc data is lost and will not work again even after some success of restoring. 4 weeks I tired and finally gave up. I paid for 2 years up front for this software to backup my entire hard drive. I have no problems with the backup or the updated backups. I felt secure enough that I recommend the product to everyone I know. I learned my lesson. Even the companies that reviewed this product missed one important process. The restore process! There are several ways to restore and I tried them all. My desktop got an virus and my virus software removed the infected files, because they could not be cleaned. I worked on my desktop for a bit with no success. It became nonfuctional. So I thought, No Problem. I have Mozy. I flattened and reloaded the OS and loaded Mozy to restore my files. I tried the online process through the software. Error after error. I put in a request to create my files in a zip, which is a process they have. That took more then a day. Then the zip files wouldn't unzip. Once you download the files you have to request the files again. The first set was 13 files, the second 7, the third 9. You get the picture. It's never the same twice. Then I finally restored folder by folder. I would get a successful restore but the files restored was smaller then the total it was restoring. Or it would just error out. OH and the PC freezing during restores!!!! And there is not number to call. You get someone in India, which I dont' have a problem with except they can never help you. I put in tickets for help, which is a b***h to figure out and the last ticket is still opened with no response after 3 days. I've cancelled and asked for a refund.

I have been waiting for my partial refund, which they said I can request and I did. Big surprise. No partial refund came to me. I've tried to log back into my account but once you cancel the account, you can no longer log in. Everything is just gone. I'm working through Visa complaint service now.
