MP3- Source.net ripoff Walnut California

I made a transaction that was in error with this company via the internet and I immediately called them to cancel and get a refund. They advertise for downloads for $1.24 per month and they charged my card for 2 years. They mislead people with their advertising and I didn't voluntarily sign up for two years either. I called the number several times and there is this guy answering with the same recording saying "All of our representatives are busy and please leave a message." I called God knows how many times. This may be a one man scam because representatives don't answer the phone.

I sent a couple of emails and then I received this reply. "Customers can not receive a refund back according to the terms of agreement" I didn't agree with any terms in the first place. However, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, next the FBI and local police departments because this is theft. Once someone tells you something is in error, it should be immediately amended. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND SCAMS! BUYERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR SERVICES SOMEWHERE ELSE!
