MPCS Master Performance Cleaning Services Shady and shamefull to lie to new customers for your business Largo Florida

For 2 months MPCS carpet cleaning has been calling me on a private number to schedule a cleaning, i informed them I'm going out of town and to check back next month because I would need a cleaning. They also said I qualify for the special of 2 rooms And a hallway for 59.99.  So I get back in town and the phone starts ringing with the private number again requesting I get my carpets clean from them and  again offering me the special off $59.99  for 2 rooms &hallway. I needed my carpets done anyway and thought for $59.99 lets do it and scheduled the cleaning the following Monday. We'll Monday comes and they were one and a half hours late getting here. On the phone they said they would move the furniture and put it back, well my parents are seniors and they ended up moving everything them selves. The cleaner Alex cleaned the first room which was     11ft x 9 ft. A pretty small area. After 20 min he was done with the first room and started loading everything back in his unmarked truck. I explained to him it was 2 rooms and he said he only had orders for 1 room, I then called the company to resolve the issue and again the company replied 2 rooms and  hallway 59.99 I stated the cleaner is here and he is charging me 60.00 each room, so the cleaner gets on the phone with the company while I'm thinking its a simple misunderstanding and all will be good. Nope, the cleaner gets off the phone and says im sorry but it's 60.00 per room And he has no soap to do the second room, So now I've been lied to again. So let's count all there lies.

Lie #1 will be there at 9am, they show at 10.30

Lie #2 will move furniture, nope, my senior parents did it

Lie #3  will steam and foam,   nope, only water a little soap and vacumn  

Lie #4 special is 2 rooms and hallway for 59.99,   told to me at least 10 times

Lie #5 No soap left for mechine and can't do it.
