Imagine this. You are a mid 30s single mom of two wonderfull teengirls. Unfortunatly life has dealt some hard blows. Your main income comes from your full time job @ mcdonalds.  So moneys more than tight.

You finally get to a place where hey, u can afford cable. You think awsome!! Only to find  that if u send in a money order for shipping & processing. U get a $50 visa gift card. So u do the math & think its ok. 

Then you get a letter saying to follow instructions on enclosed certificate. Do not contact Dish Direct . As they (mpell) are contracted to facilitate any customer activity w promo. It goes on to say, do not supply them w the info that would be needed to answer your questions.

Then, gotta love this, in closing it says " enjoy your $50 gift card" .

So i fill out,  sign,  send & mail everything in. Wait 4wks & decided to call phone #, but it was saturday. Apparently, they dont have customer issues on weekends. Or dont care.

I end up waiting 2 more wks. By now we are on wk 6. Still no customer service no response to emails. Which brings me to today. Still waiting. No response. Do hack it up to "lesson learned" .

Hell no! I need that money. Id love to drive to work today,  but ill b walkin. Sure am enjoyin my visa card!!  

The letter said allow 6-8 wks. Im making my 3rd cable pyment.
