MRA Group Tim Hilman they took payment of $2052.00 from me to modify my home loan with BAC and did nothing. They stole from me!! Ceritos California

Tim Hilman with the MRA group contacted me about doing a home modification load and promised that we could get it done.  This started 11/12/13.  I e-mailed all pertinent  info as soon as requested.  They did not get it done and will not ansewer phone calls or e-mails.  They stole from me and my family!  Thiefs need to be caught and we need our money back.. 

I hope there is a class ation lawsuit that will help us trustworthy people who are being taken advantge of.

 I hate to say this BUT you do realize that the mortgage holder is under ZERO obligation to restructure YOUR loan if they chose not to. What YOU paid money for is for someone to go to bat for you and TRY and get you a restructuring. Just because YOU did not see the results YOU wanted doesn't mean that THEY did no work. Just because YOU didn't see them working doesn't mean that they did not indeed do the job that YOU wanted. Im pretty sure if you contacted your loan holder and asked them if the request for restructuring has gone through yet, you would find that they submitted 3 requests. They start high and go low. But once again if the loan holder chooses NOT to change the terms of the loan YOU AGREED TO, then it is just wasted money.

A massive tree fell through my home 2 days prior. Tree was over 100 years old, went into the house, severe damage. Received call, daughter present. Was unsure if this was related to claim from destruction. I sent money they threatened me over 10 days. I travel to another state to receive medical care. Threatened my kids, my property. Informed me the police were coming. Went for medical care - returned never received mail- all of their 100 of business disconnected. They change CEO names, address, business, daily if not hourly.They have over 200 LLC in Fl 500 in CA over 600 in Nevada El Cajon California

the MRA Group of Californa. They continusuously called us until the received their money from us. We were leery about allowing them access to our checking account. They promoised to take the first $400 payment and then wait and split the next $800 payment into two paydays. Instead, they took the $800 all at once several days before they were supposed to causing them to receive $1200 of our money and $300 in over draft fees. We have tried daily-numerous times a day to contact them to no avail. We can't get a human on the phone at all. We have left messages. They took our money and ran.  Cerritos, California California

Ste. 700 Cerritos, CA 90703 866-611-0718 I got as far as downloading the docs I was to fill out and the first payment due - then thank God, my gut woldn't let me go on, so I started looking for any negative statements and found this site ripoff report and I am so glad I did. A red flag came up for me while I was talking to a Mr Orel, he talked so fast and was in such a hurry about getting these papers to me and for me to fill tham out and send him everything.
