I read your report on trying to cancel with MRA video. After reading this report I went to their web site and got that telephone number. I then called them at about 12p.m. eastern time and had no problem getting right through to someone. The operator then was able to immediately cancel any future deliveries of their product. My total time spent trying to contact them until the time I hung up was less than five minutes. I would have to say to anyone that had trouble to call earlier in the day.
