FOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. After ordering several of their video's, they continued to send me other video's which I did not order, automatically charging them to my credit card without my authorization!

I've tried calling their customer service, only to get connected to some never-ending recorded message! How many hours am I supposed to wait for a human to pick up the phone and answer my questions, if ever?! After returning 4 of the videos to the post office, and the postmaster returning them to the sender marked "REFUSED", I must wait at least 4 to 6 weeks to see if my credit card account has been credited for the tape's returned?

In the mean time, because of their unauthorized billing to my cash card/credit account, my cash balance was lowered and other automatic withdrawl's for my mortgage payment and other payments began bouncing due to unavailable funds! They are ruining my credit record with their unauthorized charges for tapes I did not order and did not want! If they've done this to all of their customers, imagine the profit they are making just on the money they are taking from people's accounts without their consent, and drawing interest on that money until it is refunded to the customer/sucker who was foolish enough to give them their credit card information when ordering a tape?!

No wonder this guy can afford a d**n Lear jet, cocaine, ecstacy, weed and God only know's what else!(Re;The Smoking Gun) Will I also be refunded the interest they made on my money that they took without my authorization for a month or 6 weeks? Hell NO I won't see any of that! I'll feel lucky if I ever see a dime of that money returned to me or my account even though the tapes were returned unopened, much less any interest they made from it!

This is a money making rip-off/scam for them to make money without them providing any goods or services to anyone! Are they also going to pay for the late fee's and charges for bounced checks that I've been charged as a result of their unauthorized money transfers from my account?! Hell NO they won't! Please do not be fooled by this fly-by-night rip-off scam!

Once they have your credit card information, you can kiss your money goodbye! They will send you tapes you do not want and did not order, and charge your credit card account $24.95 a pop, without your authorization. The tapes aren't even that good, and may be considered kiddy porn with the recent arrest of the company president in Florida on racketeering and other charges!(see The Smoking Gun for details)

First thing tomorrow, I'm filing a complaint against this company with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office! Keep an eye on this company, they're really going places....hopefully straight to prison!

What did you expect? I don't know about your kid getting a hold of the credit card. If they told me that I would tell them the unemployment lines are going to be filled on Mon.

I totally agree with you that was ignorant. I still see the commercial and won't buy. If I do buy anymore, I will make sure they don't put me on that fony membership that they claim. And if they do I'm faxing a letter that says they don't have permission to do so.

a year or so ago my 10 year old sone was up watching tv in the middle of the night because he could not sleeo and came across the infomercial for the videos. of course being a pre teen he got curious and "borrowed" my credit card. and called the company- 10 years old!!!! and was able to order not 1, not 2 but 9 soft porn videos to the tune of $90.00. when they arrived to the house under his name I immediatly calle dthe company to find out how this could have happened. they told me that they are in the business to make money and it "is not thier place to question customers" I was appauled I went as far as to contact the A.G. of California several times and never even was given as much as a phone call back. They are an immoral disgusting company that will prey on anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have the right to refuse. The commercial keeps coming on.

Its America and everyone has choices.

I thought about it and wonder how these people can still get away with it especially on a credit card. The commercial says preview all, cancel anytime but where does it say in the law that they can do it.

A company like ggw shouldn't have the right to solicite a product and get away with it.

On the other hand everyones going to laugh at the owner because of those charges filed against him.

LET'S FIGHT BACK TOGEATHER!!

There's strength in numbers friends and neighbors! We can force these jerks to refund our money if we all fight TOGEATHER! This can be accomplished by everyone doing the following! 1. It is imperative that we ALL file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service. You can do that on the web via their website! 2. You can also file a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, which is operated by the FBI. As this involves mail fraud and possibly kiddie-porn as well as racketeering (see report at "The Smoking Gun"), I'm sure the IFCCFBI will be interested in seeing all of our complaints! These are the most important action's that we can take collectively to not only get our money back, but to stop these unscrupulous bastards from ripping off countless others as well! You might also try contacting the California State's Attorney Generals Office, as well as the Attorney Generals Office of your own state, to file a complaint with them as well! I realize these complaints/reports will take time to write and submit, but it is the only way for us to get any satisfaction or have ANY hope of recovering our stolen money and stopping this continuing criminal enterprise! Remember, there's strength in numbers, and from the looks of this complaint log, our numbers continue to grow with each passing day!

Apparently they have not yet felt the full wrath of our legal system as they appear to be continuing with their scheme to loot other people's bank accounts once they've acquired their credit card information! As more and more of you file complaints with the aformentioned authorities, in time we will see some significant results! I believe we may be seeing the beginning of some changes as there's been a dramatic drop in airing the GGW commercials on television.

I'm not certain if they've ceased airing them all togeather or for how long, but I believe we may have gotten their attention with these first shots accross their bow which we've all filed here on this wonderful web site! Thank you all for your continued efforts in demanding justice AND restitution from this fly-by-night crook and his criminal enterprise! I can't wait to see the final outcome of this story! Togeather, we can force them to pay back our money! Hopefully there will be such steep fines and legal fee's for lawyers, we might actually cause this "company" to go bankrupt where it belongs!
