I appreciate your use of all CAPS - very professional.  I think your angry letter says it all- you know you are doing something wrong.  Otherwise, why would you need to defend yourself so vicously?  

The camera you installed is a piece.  It is blurry and in black and white.  You would think with all of the money you scammed out of people that you could afford a better one.  But, a better one would show people actually stopping and you don't want that.  You want the jumpy, blurry footage to be available so it leaves it to interpretation.  

You hide a stop sign in the middle of nowhere with a camera.  It's like if I set up a stop sign in a cul-de-sac in the suburbs of some small midwestern town and charged people 100 dollars for not having stopped long enough.  

Why don't you set up a stop light in the middle of the sidewalk leading to your headquarters?  You could scam more people out of money for jaywalking.  

I heard your power will soon be stripped because you flaggerantly abused it.  I heard a congressman is pushing a bill through because he's heard the voices of people like me.  I heard a law firm is filing a class action lawsuit against you.  

I hope all of these are true.  I'm hunting them down and jumping on board.  

 I hate to be the one to point this out but have you forgotten that you are supposed to come to a FULL STOP? Every single Cali driver I have ever seen does the same thing. They SLOW DOWN for the stop sign but DO NOT come to a complete stop and WAIT!!!!Rolling stops are NOT the state DMV approved way of stoping at a stop sign. Instead of whining about getting the ticket, how about learning to change the way YOU drive to avoid the tickets. YOU call it a rip off and a scam but FAIL to acknowledge its YOUR DRIVING that is the real issue. You wish to rant and complain at the "injustice" this is against YOU personally yet FAIL to realize that YOU ARE THE DRIVER!!!! if YOU do not stop and WAIT at the stop sign as both your state law and DMV handbook instructs you, then WHO is REALLY the issue? Remeber its 10 seconds. A FULL 10 seconds and NOT the one to four seconds YOU are stopping. If you stopped and thought about it you will realize that YOUR rolling stop is the issue and its real easy for them to figure out how long ANY vehicle is stopping for.
