1. I ordered a $77.98 rechargeable flashlight 15 days ago and have'nt recieved it yet.
2. mrculpepper never sent me a UPS tracking # so I could check the progress.
3. E-mailed for help and never recieved an answer.
4. Called by phone aprox. 10 times over 4 days and nobody answers and there is not even an answering machine used so you can leave a message.
5. My charge card has been billed $752.89 and I only bought a flashlight costing $78 including shipping and handling. (overbilled $674.91)
Something really wrong with this web business, Bad,Bad,Bad.

Here it is a month after my order was placed and no flashlight or responce from MrCulpepper.com. but they still have a web site up and running and appear eager to sell you something. My advise " DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THEM". They are also listed on Amazon.com as one of their trusted sellers.
