Mrculpepper.com took my money but stiffed me on my order. they lied when they said it would ship lied again when they said it did ship. And now the croocked thieves won't respond to my calls noe e-mail sent to them. Internet

I placed an order for a blu-ray player on 11/28/08 and they sent me an order confirmation once I posted a payment thruogh Paypal. After I had not received any tracking info nor my product I became somewhat skeptical and sent them an e-mail inquiring the whereabouts. this was 10 days later. When i recieved an e-mail I was told that the product was out of stock and would be in on that Sunday dec. 14, 08. They would ship it out on Monday. Then Tuesday came and i still had not heard from mr. culpepper. I again had to contact them via e-mail [since they won't answer the phone], this time I received 2 responses. One said that the product shipped and to click on the link to follow tracking. The second one said theitem shipped on Tuesday as well, but gave some b.s. about the automated tracking system being down and they would have to track it manually. It is now, Dec.31, 08 and after hours of trying to reach these people by phone and many more E-mails, some not so kind, I still have not reieved my product and now will be taking the matter up with paypal and the better business bureau. I hope you will take this into consideration before you make the same mistake I made. I will gladly print a retraction to my story if Mr. Culpepper would make good on their promise.
