Mri Overseas Property - Mri Construction - DCC Properties Mri charged 1760-00 euros for a completely useless rental service refuse to refund deposit and lost my keys Marbella Spain

Was phoned constantly about joining their fantastic new rental management service, eventully agreed(against my better judgement) to pay 1760-00 euros for a years management, this included advertising, managing the property, a rental ready package and a refundable 500 euro deposit for any breakages.

advertising was supposed to go through tour companies, which turned out to be total lies, their web site was a joke consisting of false information, stating that my apartment was in totally different part of Portugal than it actually was.Numerous emails and phone calls failed to change anything, and in a prime location in Albufeira I received no rentals from these incompetent fools.
The rental ready package costing 300 euro was never installed, and even people I new, who phoned up their department to book our apartment, were told that they had nothing available in Albufeira!

After having enough of this obvious scam I cancelled the rental agreement, and as you can imagine, four mounths later I still wait for my 500 euro deposit and the 300 euro for the rental ready package to be returned, and now that they have scurried away from the alagarve, my keys have surprisingly disappeared.

I realise that this is a small amount of money compared to some of the unfortunate people who have been shafted by these scum, but if you add up all the people who have handed over 1760-00 euro to this scam rental management, it adds up to a substantial amount of money.

Make no mistake, MacCanthony and his team of vipers have treated their clients, and will continue to treat them with utter contempt, under their guise of Mri construction, and Dcc Property. So we all must continue to do our best to stop anyone else making the same mistake. SPREAD THE WORD.
