MRI overseas property is traping small ivestors into their overseas property scam since last three years. Unfortunately, we did not investigate the background of this company when we went on an inspection trip to Bansko, Bulgaria. We had no idea that this developer MRI, financial adviser CFP, and solicitors Legal Independence belong to the same/one mafia group. We were very naive in believing them and made a very wrong deceision of buying an appartment in Silver Mountain of plan development. All of these three companies completely misled us about the property value, resale opportunities, rental opportunities and the availability of mortgage in Bulgaria. Banks were not giving new mortgages to foreigners a that time but they traped us in believing that they have mortgage arangements with a local bank for that development. Now we can not get mortgage and risk loosing 45000 euros we have paid to MRI.

MRI is trying to blackmail us and to force us to remortgage our house in UK and pay for the final payment of that appartmrnt in Bansko. We can very easily arrange that money but as we have lost all the trust on MRI, we are not risking paying any more money.

We have faith in European justice system and believe we can get back some of our very hard earned money from MRI. This is not easy and s taking a lot of our time and resources.

We made this mistake but warn others to stay away from MRI, Legal independence, Capital Financial Partners, DCC and all of their associates.
